"What are opportunities to improve CMU graduate students' experience with public transportation?"

In User-Centered Research and Evaluation, we are looking into the problem space of CMU graduate students' frustrations with the current access to public transportation (primarily Port Authority). Through various extensive research methods including conducting contextual interviews, building sequence and day-in-the-life models, and affinity clustering, we are analyzing this issue beyond just the surface level. This is a continuing effort of breaking down the interviews with we conducted with six identified stakeholders, and an ongoing analysis.
